John Pivach is a partner with the firm where his practice focuses on both litigation and transactional matters. Since joining the firm, John has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and served as lead counsel for dozens of business mergers and acquisitions with a total transaction value in excess of $200 million. John is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts. John and his wife, Bonnie, are parents to their six children.

Representative Matters
- John has represented both sellers and purchasers in several, multi-million dollar business stock sales, asset sales and joint ventures throughout the Southeastern United States. John has overseen mergers and acquisitions of various business types, including oil and gas business, fuel suppliers, marinas, retail stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants, chain restaurants, farming, healthcare, and insurance.
- John represents clients in personal injury litigation; commercial litigation; maritime transactions and litigation, including ship mortgages, vessel arrests and foreclosures; estate planning, including wills, trusts, successions and estate administration; bank representation; business entity formation, including joint ventures; and general business counsel to several corporate clients.
